Seasons5 Spa Cancellation & Booking Policy

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Upon booking you will be required to make a 50% deposit to secure your booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please allow us 48 hours’ notice. After this your 50% deposit will not be refunded. If you fail to show to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the booked treatment cost.

If you have not arrived 15 minutes after your appointment start time, it will be considered cancelled and you will be charged 100% of the booked treatment. If you are simply running late, please call us and we will attempt to accommodate.

We had our wedding at Seasons5 Resort in April 2019 and all I can say is wow! Everything was truly perfection. The chapel on the property was beautiful and the ballroom was stunning. We had the buffet and our guests couldn’t stop talking about how wonderful the food was. The salmon and chicken were a huge hit! All the food was Divine. The accommodation was lovely and spacious and many of our guests booked rooms at fantastic prices. It was an amazing event and Siva and the team were very accommodating with our every need. Highly recommend and wish we could do it all over again!

We had our Ladies Sangeet function at the restaurant. We requested indian food for the function. The food and the staff were fantastic. All the guests raved about how delicious each entree and main dish was. Would recommend this venue to anyone looking to organise their event there.
