The venue’s sorted, sure, but now there’s a photographer to find, a florist to book, entertainment to organise, and you’re not entirely sure which order any of it should happen in.

Well, there’s a smarter way to handle this without the constant stress. Some vendors absolutely need locking in within weeks of securing your venue. In contrast, others can wait for some time.

Here’s how you should go about it:

  • Celebrant

    Nobody thinks about this one until they’ve signed the venue contract. Popular celebrants book 12 to 18 months ahead. Particularly for spring and autumn Saturdays. Get searching immediately after confirming your venue. Meet a few. Check if their vibe matches yours. Sign them up.   • Photographer and Videographer
